Reporting directly to the CEO, Duties & Responsibilities will include but not limited to:- Chief Finance Officer

•   Coordinate the day-to-day finance and accounting functions of the country
•   Implement the Finance strategy, performance objectives, operational plan, policies and procedures relating to financial management of the company
•   Lead in setting annual, quarterly and monthly financial plans and accounting programmes based on the organisation's business plan and priorities
•   Supervise the preparation of various financial statements,
•   Direct the maintenance of general and subsidiary ledgers, accounts receivable, revenue distribution and cost management functions of the company
•   Prepare statements and reports of estimated future costs and revenues
•   Verify accuracy of returns by performing analysis of accounts to ensure reliability of financial and statistical data pointing out appropriate corrective actions to existing deficiencies

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Must be a Chartered Accountant with a Masters Degree in Finance.
•   Not less than 8 years post qualification experience in a similar position in a financial institution, with at least 3 years in supervisory position.
