Scope of Responsibilities

•   The successful individual shall be responsible for overseeing marketing initiatives within the bank.
•   He/She shall develop the bank’s existing selling channels and creative other sales channels; The individual shall liaise with the Brands Department of BEIGE Capital, to develop persuasive marketing communications, including advertising and promotions to drive sales.

•   An individual with a passion to seek out new ways to generate income. Someone who is highly connected with business leads in the banking industry; thus with a strong background in Sales and Marketing.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A degree in Marketing / Charted Marketer. (A Post-graduate degree and/or other Professional qualification in Sales and Marketing would be an advantage)
•   Minimum of (4) years practical work experience in a Sales Capacity capacity at senior management level; preferably with a bank or other financial institution.
•   Proficiency in MS Office Applications.
•   Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and the main or widely spoken local languages.
