Key Performance Outputs
Under the supervision of the electromechanical manager, the successful applicant will be responsible for the supervision / monitoring of electromechanical equipment and maintenance of electromechanical equipment / systems to ensure that these are executed to meet the required international standards and specifications.
The successful applicant will be required to perform the following functions among others:
• Address emergency situations associated with electromechanical installations
• Plan the day to day maintenance activities and supervise them to ensure effective implementation
• Organize and supervise planned and emergency repairs and tests of electromechanical facilities.
• Document all maintenance inspections and testing activities and prepare reports
• Maintain and update equipment records
• Prepare essential spares and materials required for equipment maintenance.
• Assist to diagnose and rectify faults on equipment maintenance
• Assist to diagnose and rectify faults on equipment.
Technical skill & Competencies
Applicant must possess BSc (Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering) or equivalent from a recognized institution with a minimum of sic (6) years relevant post qualification experience.
Applicant must be a person of proven integrity and possess excellent leadership and interpersonal communication skills. Must be computer literate.
