A non-life insurance company requires the services of dynamic and results-oriented individuals to fill vacancy as follows: Chief Operations Officer

Job Summary

The ideal candidate, who will report to the Chief Executive Office, shall perform the following core duties:

•   Develop strategic direction and plans for the company with regard to all commercial functions including sales, marketing, business development and customer support/customer experience
•   Deliver strategic leadership for defining the commercial path to growth and profitability of the company and establish an effective growth process and infrastructure
•   Maintain a climate that attracts, retains and motivates top quality personnel
•   Develop and implement the company's sales strategy across key market segments to ensure that the company identifies and optimizes a clear path to aggressive growth

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A relevant degree from a recognized University
•   ACII qualification
•   At least 10 years of work experience in the core functions outlined above, 5 years of which should have been in a Managerial position
•   Professional Marketing qualification will be an added advantage
