The University of Health and Allied Sciences was established by an Act of Parliament (Act 828 of December 2011) as a public university in Ghana. The main campus, including the central administration, is in Ho. A second campus is to be located in Hohoe. The University will run Bachelor of Science degree courses in health and allied sciences relevant to the health needs of the people of Ghana from September, 2012. Job Summary

Applications are invited from suitably qualified persons for the above position in the Directorate of Works and Physical Development.

Key Responsibilities:
Candidates are expected to:

•  Prepare maintenance programme for the University
•  Supervise the preparation of tender and contract documents and explain same to client
•  Supervice the administration of contract
•  Direct work at sites

Qualification Required & Experience

Must possess:

•  Bachelor's degree in Architecture; (B. Arch), (BSc. Design and PG. Dip)
•  Masters' (M. Arch.) in Architecture from a recognised institution

Other Requirements:

•  Candidates must have at least 4 years continuous post qualification working experience in a university or reputable organisations
•  All candidates must be computer literate especially in AutoCad and other related software
