Job Purpose

Reporting to the Senior Minister, the Church Administrator is responsible for the overall day-to-day administration of
the Church.

Key Responsibilities

•  Deals with general office correspondence, prepares quarterly church reports and programmes and worship service and other church programmes.
•  Send out notices for church council, Church Business and other meetings and performs the duties of secretary.
•  Maintains the data base on members
•  Ensures general maintenance of church property including office equipment and general housekeeping, among other
duties.

Qualification Required & Experience

•  Preferably a Baptist
•  A graduate with about ten (10) years working experience in a reputable or similar institution with sound knowledge in

administrative procedures.
•  Theological background is an advantage but not essential
•  Must be computer literate

Age: Between 35 and 40 years
