A growing local financial institution seeks to recruit competent individuals for the role of:- Client Relationship Officers (CROs)

Position Summary

•  The CRO will be actively engaged in sales and service to Small and Medium Enterprises.
•  He / She will be required to build, manage and sustain a portfolio of SME clients and develop long term relationships, founded on efficient and reliable delivery of innovative and satisfactory client service

Main Duties & Responsibilities

•  Develop and implement plan for acquiring clients
•  Build relationships with clients and ensure that such relationships are sustained through efficient and reliable delivery of total banking services and support for the businesses
•  Identify and provide solutions to customer complaints in consultation with the appropriate managers, departments or staff, to sustain general service quality
•  Identify and manage risks to ensure a quality loan portfolio

Qualification Required & Experience

•  1st Degree or HND plus a minimum of one year working experience in a similar position
•  Experience in sales and relationship management
•  Strong analytical skills, especially in credit analysis and understanding of financial statements
•  Good knowledge and skills in Microsoft applications
