First, we value great patient care. If you prefer six-hour shifts and have two locum jobs on the side, this is not the job for you. We want a doctor who is 100% involved in what we do. You’ll need to be dedicated to ensuring all our patients receive consistent and comprehensive clinical care during each of their clinic visits – our patients should come back and see you because they want to, not because they have to. Your staff should also look up to and learn from you, because you’re a respected medical professional.

Running an effective business operation is also one of our top priorities. We’re not where we want to be just yet, so you would have to be willing to implement better policies and procedures. You would need to set high standards of care, service and performance for your medical services team, and help the company make operational changes that impact the bottom line. Simply stated, we want to make more so we can pay more and do more as we expand our healthcare business.
