Job Summary
• To carry out general managerial duties
• The purpose of the position is to proactively manage the office/showrooms to ensure efficient use of resources and carry out all administration and procurement task as required
Duties of the position include:
• Planning, managing and directing the day-to-day administration activities of the office/showroom
• Managing procurement and warehouse activities
• Oversight responsibility for HR function
Qualification Required & Experience
• Tertiary education in Business Administration
• 5 years work experience in office administration and procurement
• Extensive knowledge of import-clearing system
• Proactive problem solver and excellent interpersonal skills
