Job Vacancy For Commercial Operations and Contract Executive



Job Summary

• The successful candidate will join the AT Business Department as an executive for commercial operations and contracts.
• (S)He will report to the Director of Products and Commercial Marketing. The individual will direct and manage our service acquisition, bids, and contract administration function, ensuring compliance with company processes, policies, and legal and regulatory requirements.
• This role is also critical to driving business growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining operational efficiency within the AT Business department.

Key Responsibilities

Bid and Contract Management:

• Develop standard sales templates for managing the bid process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compliant proposals.
• Ensure bid compliance with internal governance and customer specifications.
• Coordinate materials, services, and stakeholder delivery schedules for bids and RFPs.
• Interpret partner and customer service contract and tender documents.
• Prepare, negotiate, and administer contracts (supplier contracts, customer & service contracts, and partnership agreements).

Customer Service Management:

• Develop standard sales and service acquisition templates for managing customer requests.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop service and product proposal templates.
• Process and manage customer requests for telecommunications services (voice, data, SMS and ICT solutions).
• Coordinate service provisioning and ensure timely delivery.
• Manage service provisioning and billing processes for customers.
• Administer and ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Business Process Management:

• Develop, implement, and maintain business processes and procedures.
• Identify areas for process improvement and recommend changes.
• Ensure compliance with business processes, legal, regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Maintain effective relationships with internal/external suppliers and customers.
• Analyze potential risks, stay updated on legislative changes, and maintain organized contract records.
• Provide performance data to support management decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

Qualification Required & Experience

• Degree/professional qualification in business studies, law, or equivalent
• 3-5 years' experience in telecommunications Business Solutions or contract administration
• Proven track record in bid management, contract negotiation, and administration

Essential Skills:
