SWEB Foundation, a disability-focused NGO, is looking for a high profile, self-motivated person to fill the position of: Communications and Fundraising Co-ordinator.

The position reports to the Director for Finance and Administration

Duties:

• Developing and managing the Foundation's communication systems including the website
• Performing public relations functions of the Foundation
• Managing all fundraising initiatives against annual targets
• Developing and maintaining the operating database for the Foundation

Qualification Required & Experience

• Professional studies in Communication systems and IT
• Demonstrated technical expertise in managing information and websites
• Demonstrated training and expertise in fundraising
• Demonstrated proposal writing skills
• Exceptional skills in interpersonal communication, teamwork, partnering, and consensus-building
• Demonstrated sensitivity in disability related issues and working in the field of disability will be an advantage
