A reputable advertising company in Ghana is seeking to employ talented persons for the following vacancy: Community Manager

Key Responsibilities and duties

• Set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies
• Provide engaging text, image and video content for social media accounts
• Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner
• Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews
• Coordinate with the marketing, PR and communications teams to ensure brand consistency
• Liaise with the social media strategist and client service executives to stay updated on new products and feastures
• Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends

Qualification Required & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations and/or Communication, social sciences or related field
• Must be a social media fun
• MBA in Communication will be a plus
• 5 years post qualification experience, 3 years of which should be in a senior management position wih a reputable advertising agency
• Good communicator, team player and ability to build and maintain client relationships
