Main Duties and Responsibility.

. Assists guest with their luggage upon check in or when checking out.
. Co-ordinate guest requests for special services or equipment with appropriate department.
. Practice at all times the hotel's basic principles of service delivery.
Required Qualification and experience.

. A minimum of a diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
. A minimum of 3 years experience in similar position in a 4-5 star hotel.
. Must be friendly, cheerful and helpful.
. Ability to work well under pressure.
. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
