Position: CONVEYOR BELT SPLICER

Key Responsibilities:

• Removal and installing of conveyor belts on conveyor installations;
• Splicing of conveyor belts;
• Clean conveyor belt and remove debris;
• Daily inspection and maintenance of conveyor belts;
• Perform other related duties that may be assigned by supervisor.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Minimum of Middle School Leaving Certificate or Junior High School Certificate with NVTI grade 1 in relevant discipline;
•   Certificate in conveyor belt operation;
•   2-­? 3 years working experience as a Belt Splicer in a processing plant;
•   Well developed oral and written communication skills as well as ability to interact with people of diverse culture;
•   A team player with good interpersonal and problem solving skills;
•   Should be able to work with less supervision; and
•   A valid driving license and proficiency in driving light vehicle.
