You have a way with words. You know how to string words together to convince an audience to try a product and put a smile on our clients’ faces. You’re a Copywriter with flair and creativity who can turn ideas into award winning adverts, TV programmes, documentaries and infomercials. We want you!

You should be able to demonstrate:

•   Proven experience of copywriting preferably a minimum of two years
•   Be good at conceptualizing and coming up with great ideas
•   Ability to manage time well, meet deadlines and work with minimal supervision

Job description

Under the supervision of your manager, you are expected to conceive, develop and produce effective advertisements. You will:

•   Ensure client needs are met satisfactorily and on schedule
•   Become familiar with the nature of clients' products, business culture and competition
•   Understand the clients' needs and the advertising solutions they require and translate the clients' needs into copy
•   Organise brainstorming sessions
•   Generate workable concepts and ideas
•   Write clear, persuasive, original copy for all media
•   Write scripts for TV and radio productions
•   Amend, revise or redevelop campaigns in response to feedback
•   Proofread copy to check spelling and grammar;
•   Oversee concepts through the production stage to completion;
•   Cast actors/models from the database
•   Oversee voice recordings to ensure it conforms to the script, mood and feeling
•   Work with storyboard artistes to develop & finalise storyboards
•   Maintain a clear and accurate paper trail
•   And any other reasonable task assigned to you by management

Qualification Required & Experience

•   University Degree or other relevant professional qualification
•   Preferably minimum of 2years work experience in a similar position

Salary: from Gh¢1200
