Job Purpose

To be in Charge of the Legal Department of the National House of Chiefs/Regional Houses of Chiefs

Scope of Work

•   To provide legal Services to the National House of Chiefs/Regional Houses of chiefs as directed by the National/Regional Houses in accordance with Article 273(3) and 274(5) of the 1992 Constitution and Section 25(4) and 28(4) of the Chieftaincy Act, 2008 Act 759

Skills / Competence

•   Good oral and written communication skills
•   Very good interpersonal relationship
•   Computer literacy skills[Desirable]
•   High integrity and confidentiality
•   Must be self-disciplined and courteous

Qualifications and Experience

•   A Lawyer of not less than ten (10) years good standing for the National House of Chiefs
•   A Lawyer of not less than five (5) years good standing for the Regional Houses of Chiefs
•   A registered member of the Ghana Bar Association
