Job Summary

•   Explain the application process and loan requirements to applicants after effectively screening and selection of loan applications.
•   Keep complete and detailed documentation on each client,  with particular regard to Anti Money Laundering(AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) policies
•   Professionally prepare credit profiles/ loan assessment reports, analysis of client’s request by visiting the clients’ businesses, residences, suppliers and other stakeholders where necessary.
•   Ensure proper administration of all documentation (i.e. proper filing of loan documents etc.
•   Liaise with relevant officers on issue regarding customers in order to improve the efficiency of the operations and ensure ultimate customer satisfaction.
•   Build and manage a healthy loan portfolio in size and quality(volume & numbers), ensure the disbursement of good recoverable loans
•   Offer professional support to the functioning of the Credit Department
•   Manage the entire portfolio by putting in place effective monitoring and recovery measures, monitor the loan portfolio closely and follow-up on repayments.
•   Maintain acceptable arrears on loan portfolio.
•   Attend to any other duties as may be assigned.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Must be a degree holder, additional qualification will be an added advantage
•   Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Credit  Administration
•   Computer literacy ,Strong Analytical skills, Excellent Interpersonal and presentation skills
