Job Summary

•   Preparing customers' orders
•   Communicating courteously with customers by phone or face to face
•   Handling customer complaints
•   Solving customers' problems by reporting to supervisor
•   Keeping accurate records of customers
•   Briefing new customers on purchasing procedure
•   Any other task that may be assigned by supervisor.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Must at least have an HND or Bachelor's degree in any relevant subject area
•   Must have at least one year experience
•   Must live within the Kumasi Metropolis
•   Ability to work under pressure and on Saturdays
•   Must live close to KASSE
•   Female preferred
