We are looking for a smart and eloquent Customer Service Executive to join our company.

Job Summary

• We are looking for a customer service executive responsible for handling customer complaints and concerns

Responsibilities

• Registering new customers via phone
• Calling customers to make payment on the due date
• Coordinate with other support departments to ensure facilitation of service delivery and implement growth strategies
• Selling company products to prospective clients
• Monitor accuracy of reporting and database information
• Track customer compliant resolution

Qualification Required & Experience

• Diploma or Higher Qualifications
• Minimum of 1 to 2 years working experience
• Applicants should reside in Accra
• Must be computer literate
