Department - Technology /Head Office

Purpose

•   To maintain the integrity of the core banking database, as well as other databases for all other business applications; to ensure availability and timely recovery, in the event of disaster.
•   The job-holder is also expected to ensure good health of the operating system platforms on which these database bases run.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A recognized University Degree in Information Systems/Technology.
•   Excellent Knowledge of UNIX/Microsoft Operating Systems.
•   Knowledge of Flexcube/Flex branch preferable.
•   Excellent Knowledge in administering Oracle Database 11g
•   OCP Certification is an advantage
•   Knowledge in administering Microsoft SQL server
•   Data center procedures
•   Knowledge and appreciation of the Banking /Financial industry would be an advantage
•   5 years working experience preferably in a Financial Institution.
