The Mental Health Authority is a new Agency under the Ministry of Health created by an Act of Parliament, Mental Health Act 846, 2012. The Authority's mandate is to establish an integrated, culturally appropriate quality and accessible mental health care of world class standard.

Functions:

Shall work under the Director of Administration and:

•   Shall be responsible for recruitment and retention of personnel in the Authority.
•   Shall be responsible for training and development

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Shall be a degree holder of Human Resource from a recognised
•   Shall have at least 10 years working experience as a Human Resource Practitioner in a reputable firm or institution preferably in Health
•   A post graduate qualification in HR would be an advantage
