The National Theatre of Ghana is looking for high flyers to fill the following Top Management Position:-

Deputy Executive Director (Artistic).

Job Summary:

. The Deputy Executive Director (Artistic) has responsibility for planning and co-ordination of artistic programmes of the theatre as well as provide technical advice to the Executive Director on the formulation and implementation of policies for the development of the performing arts in Ghana.

Compensation Package: Negotiable with fringe benefits

Qualification Required & Experience

. A Master's Degree (MFA or M.Phil) in the Theatre Arts-Music, Drama or Dance or equivalent professional/academic qualification from a recognized University plus at least a diploma qualification in business administration or a minimum of eight (8) years post-qualification experience in arts production and delivery; four (4) of which should have been in a senior management position
. Computer literacy is required
. Age: Not below 45 years
