Job Summary

As its subsidiary, Tullow Ghana Limited is looking to enhance its cadre of senior professionals as follows:

Roles and Responsibilities:

•  Manages all aspects of assets on behalf of the company;
•  Provides technical content to field development plans;
•  Positively influences the partners to effectively develop the resources in an efficient and safe manner;
•  Works with partners under the respective agreements to ensure that annual budgets are discharged;
•  Provides assets economic value and KPIs required;
•  Develop and implemet asset strategies and business plans in conjunction with the Leadership Team.

Qualification Required & Experience

•  Masters Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline;
•  Minimum of 15 years upstream E&P experience with the majority of time in operated roles;
•  Firm grasp of subsurface essential;
•  Familiarity with large asset operations/logistics;
•  Familiarity with production sharing contracts required;
•  Facilities and process engineering project management experience - desirable;
•  Good commercial and finance skills and awareness;
•  Track record of developing and maintaining strong relations with Local authorities.
