A reputable non-bank financial institution has the following vacancy:- Deputy Head of Operations

Duties & Responsibilities

•  To assist the GM, Operations to manage the Operations Department
•  To appraise and review Credit Guarantee applications
•  To undertake monitoring projects
•  To undertake due diligence on applications submitted by clients
•  To provide monthly, quarterly and annual reports of all outstanding guarantees
•  To review the companies pricing policy periodically for adoption by the Credit Committee and the Board
•  To develop annual work plans and budget for the operations department and agencies
•  To submit recommendations on reviewed terms and conditions of the Guarantees Scheme with the company Secretary periodically
•  To perform other duties as assigned by the GM, Operations

Qualification Required & Experience

•  1st Degree in Banking & Finance / Economics / Statistics
•  MBA in Finance or Banking an added advantage
•  At least 10 years experience with at least 5 years in a similar position
•  Good leadership and communication skills required
•  Must be computer literate (Word, Excel, Power Point,etc)
