The Ghana Cocoa Board invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced persons to fill the above position.

Purpose:
To assist the substantive Manager for the effective discharge of cartographic functions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

•  To design and structure Global Positioning Systems (GPS) data into a Cocoa Information System
•  To plan and supervise GPS surveys
•  To analyse and present GPS data for Management Decision Making

Qualification Required & Experience

Knowledge and Skills:

•  Must have knowledge of Digital Mapping and Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Application.
•  Must have Remote Sensing Application Skills
•  Must have knowledge of Editing, Structuring and Analysis of data in GIS.
•  Must be conversant with the use of Global Positioning Systems (GPS)

Minimum Qualification:

•  B.Sc in Geomatic or Geodetic Engineering plus a post graduate Diploma in Remote Sensing Applications.
•  Must be a computer literate.
•  Must have a minimum of five (5) years relevant working experience in a GIS environment in a reputable organization.
