Our client is a leading player in the real estate industry as a manufacturer of roofing sheets and accessories. It also manufactures polythene products for both domestic and export markets. The company is looking for dynamic individuals to fill the following vacancy:- Development Manager (Sales & Marketing)

Responsibilities:

•   Researching the market and competition to establish current and possible future trends of customers
•   Proposing new services and pricing strategies for a wide range products
•   Developing adn delivering innovative business plans
•   Developing and implementing long and short-term business strategies for the organization
•   Attracting new customers with good business proposals

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A First Degree in Civil Engineering, Statistics, Marketing, Project Management or other relevant areas
•   MBA Marketing from a recognized tertiary institution
•   Any relevant professional certificates (CIM-Chartered, PMP, CIM) is a plus and not a requirement.
•   Applicants should know how to drive and possess a valid Driver's license of "C" and above.

Working Experience:

•   3 - 5 years continuous working experience in Sales and Marketing
•   Five years of which must be at the senior manager level with
•   Hands on sales/marketing experience of physical products
