Duties

• Securing new business/accounts
• Initiating and performing all intervening activities to help establish a pipeline of business
• Contribute towards the commission targets set for the Business Development Department.
• Build strategic relationships with Policyholders, Underwriters and other Business Developers

Qualification Required & Experience

• First Degree in Insurance, Economics, Marketing or Social Science
• Minimum of 1 year work experience in insurance, Sales, Marketing or related industry
• Candidates aged 23 to 35 years are encouraged to apply
