Role Purpose
The Digital Sales Supervisor will manage a group of agents focused on digital acquisition. The agents will be both mobile; targeting universities, companies and High ARPU residential areas, and fixed; posted in high traffic phone vendor shops.
Specifically the team will focus on acquiring data subscribers who use data on smartphones by:
(1) selling entry level smartphones (mobile only);
(2) selling and activating data packages;
(3) educating buyers on the many data based activities they are able to complete on their phone from Facebook to Deezer and
(4) configuring stock for Tigo in the phone vendor shops (fixed only).
Key Responsibilities
You will drive and be the key owner to the following responsibilities:
• Training your agents;
• Executing the mobile team strategy;
• Monitoring the fixed team activities and
• Ensuring your agents meet their data activation KPIs, smartphone sales KPIs/stock configuration KPIs
Qualification Required & Experience
• Minimum of a Higher National Diploma;
• One (1) to three (3) years sales experience;
• Fluent in a Local language;
• Fluent in English;
• Excellent communication & presentation skills;
• Exemplary leadership and people management skills;
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
