Role And Responsibilities

Reporting to the Group CEO and board of Directors, the role will spearhead delivery of high quality management consultancy staff and increase the Division's overall contributions to the growth of the business

Qualification And Competencies

. Postgraduate Degree in Economics, Business or Policy and Development, or in a complex management discipline from a reputable University, He/She must have 10 years proven success in delivery best practices in business & management consultancy services locally and overseas.

. The right candidate will have an understanding and experience of proper consultancy practice in both public and private sectors.

. He/She must demonstrate a superior ability to engage with government, multinationals and clients in the NGO sectors, think analytically and provide solutions to a mix of business problems

. Must show a consistent career record and be capable of writing good reports. He/She must be able to work around the clock to deliver result and set a good leadership example to staff.
