Director Of Legal Services

Role And Responsibilities

The role will report to the Group CEO and board of Directors in spearheading delivery of high quality corporate legal service, provide leadership to the diverse team of dedicated legal and client service staff, and increase the Division's overall contributions to the growth of the business

Qualification And Competencies

. We seek a Ghana Bar qualified lawyer with post graduate qualifications from a reputable University.

. He/She will have 10 years working experience in Ghana and international and will have the ability to manage and grow a portfolio of investors, statutory bodies and corporate clients.

. Client service responsibilities will require the Director to demonstrate a superior understanding of local and international corporate law practice, engage easily with clients, think analytical and provide solutions to a mix of business and legal problems.

. The person must be a team worker, with acute eye for detail and a quick mind. The Director, Legal services must be able to work around the clock to deliver results and will be consistently called upon by the role to set a good leadership example to staff on the job.
