SADA is an independent agency mandated by the Government of Ghana (GOG) to coordinate a comprehensive development agenda for the Northern Savanna Ecological zone of Ghana to achieve the agenda of promoting sustainable economic development, eradicating poverty and improvement quality of life.

SADA seeks experienced professionals to join its senior management team in the above position.

Role:

Reporting to the CEO, the director will lead development and implementation of comprehensive monitoring and evaluation systems and processes capable of tracking the impacts of development investments.

Duty Location: Tamale with Northern Savanna zone as the operational area

Qualification Required & Experience

Profile:

•  Minimum of a Master's degree in M&E, Statistics, Planning, Economics, or related field
•  Minimum 10 years post qualification experience, 5 at senior management level
•  Experience public sector M&E design and planning, and development management institutions at regional and districts assembly levels
•  Experience in working with gender desegregated statistics, gender sensitive analysis and methods and use of statistical packages
•  Active member of national and international evaluation and planning associations
•  IT literacy: Candidates must be literate in: Microsoft word, excel and power point applications
