Duties:
The successful Candidate shall be required to take charge of a busy out-Patient Department, 135-Bed Hospital which caters for the University and surrounding communities. The Hospital has Five Wards including Maternity and Children's Departments, Operating Theatre, Laboratory, Pharmacy, X-ray and Ultra Sound, ECG, Dental Clinic, Eye Clinic and other Ancillary Services, The Hospital is also accredited by the Medical and Dental Council of Ghana and the Ghana College of Physicians and Surgeons for the training of House Officers and Residents.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Applicants must possess a recognised Primary University Degree in Medicine and Surgery (MB ChB) or Dentistry (BDS) and must have had at least fifteen (15) years post qualification experience in the practice of Medicine/Dentistry.
•   Applicants must possess a Postgraduate Degree from a recognised Institution of Higher Learning in a relevant field of Study.
•   Applicants with Membership and/or Fellowship from a recognised Professional Body would have added advantage,
•   Applicants must also show evidence of post qualification experience in a Senior Management position within the Ghana Health Service and/ or Analogous Institutions in the Health Delivery Sector.
