Description Of Job

To meet the growing demand for our services, we require suitably qualified, competent and interested Ghanaians to join the Operations Department of the Company.

Duties:

•  Conducts recruit training for newly enlisted personnel following the recruit training schedules and orders
•  Instructs and assists in training basic combat tasks to Guard Force
•  Trains recruits in the fundamentals of service life and the development in the recruit of discipline, physical fitness and pride
•  Trains recruits in close order drill
•  Instructors in general orders for Guard Force; personal hygiene, first aid, security bearing and neatness, and care of clothing and equipment
•  Assists in conduct of parades, reviews and foot drill

Qualification Required & Experience

10 years experience in Security Services
