1) Age must  be between 25 to 35 years
2) "C" Driving license is required, D is a plus
3) Must be staying within Greater Accra
4) Must be able to read and write English fluently
5) Must have worked as driver for the past four years
6) Previous knowledge in fitting job in a plus
