Job Purpose:
To transport in the most efficient and safe manner managers, staff and official visitors to the company to and from work as directed by management.

Key Competencies:

•  Transport managers, staff and company visitors to and from their places of appointment.
•  Ensure that vehicles are clean, fuelled and in good working condition for the day- to –day activities of the company.
•  Report mechanical and all other faults with the vehicle to HR & Administration Manager for corrective action to be taken.
•  Ensure all deliveries are appropriately signed for and receipts obtained.
•  Maintain accurate logging of vehicle usage in the log book.

Qualification Required & Experience

Person Profile:

•  Basic School Certificate or its equivalent.
•  Excellent personal attributes such as accuracy and personal integrity.
•  Minimum of 3 years experience in driving in a corporate environment.

Other Competencies:

•  Ability to work under tight deadlines.
•  Must be time conscious, disciplined and able to manage self and busy and varied work schedules.
•  Must be able to understand and carryout instructions.
•  Must be personable, patient and respectful
•  Must have personal integrity.
•  Must be industrious and be able to take the initiative as and when necessary.
