Description Of Job
World Education, Inc. is a US-based non for profit organization aimed at improving the lives of marginalized people through education (formal & non formal) training, institutional development, and targeted technical assistance. The above position are available pending an award of a USAID/Ghana Education Learning Program. Position are full time and will be located in Accra Ghana.
Candidates for the above position are needed.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide technical leadership and direction for program interventions related to improve quality of reading instruction; define and implement activities in a manner that achieves the greatest coverage and impact;
Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience
Qualification Required & Experience
• Master's degree in education with a specialization in early grade reading and expertise in teacher training, early grade reading instruction and assessment, and reading material development (specifically scripted lessons plans and decodable books)
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience working on reading assessment, instruction, and training especially in developing countries
