Job Vacancy For Executive Assistant At Volta Catch Limited (Accra and Tema)



An executive in Volta Catch, a sales/distribution section of a well established and fast growing concern in the aquaculture industry seeks the services of a talented and well qualified person to occupy the position of Executive Assistant.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

•  Administrative tasks: receiving and making calls, scheduling meetings, preparing minutes, event planning, receiving guests, arranging accommodation and travel schedules
•  Office management and organization, records, business communications, filing out paperwork for various needs, coordinating with other members of the office to achieve results
•  Research skills and resourcefulness, effective use of IT

Qualification Required & Experience

The Person (Competencies)
Must have:

•  Minimum - Bachelors degree from a reputable institute
•  Solid experience in a similar position will benefit the candidate
•  Excellent organizational skills and the ability to keep pace with rapidly changing environments, needs, and responsibilities; ability to multi-task
•  Strong communication skills and professional use of English language in written and spoken form
•  Ability to proactively identify problems and resolve them
•  Proactive approach and strong work ethics
•  Cultural fluency: must be able to work closely with management and expats from various nationalities
•  Strong computer competency
•  Desire to constantly deliver excellent service and support and put work before self
•  Commitment to highest level of business ethics
•  Driver's license also beneficial
