Job Vacancy For Executive Secretary (Tema)



The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and will be able to work independently with little or no supervision. This person must be exceedingly well organised, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting a medium office of diverse people and programs.

Qualification Required & Experience

•  A good first degree, second class upper or higher in business administrative with a minimum of four years working experience. A master's degree in will be an added advantage
•  Excellent calendar management skills, including the coordination or complex executive meetings
•  Proficiency in all microsoft office applications
•  Experience scheduling travel arrangements for management
•  A lady is preferred and must be within the age gap of 30 and 35

Job Roles

The Executive Secretary will:

•  Work directly under the Executive Director of operations and CEO and be responsible for the management of all schedules of the directors
•  Be present at all meetings to be attended by the directors and may be required to represent them in their absence
•  Be responsible for heavy calendar menagement, requiring interaction with both internal and external executives meetings
•  Arrange travel schedule and reservations for executive management as needed.
