The Adventist Development and Relief Agency (ADRA), Ghana, is an NGO operating in Ghana. As Principal Recipient (SR),ADRA Ghana has received a grant for HIV/AIDS related activities from the Global Fund, and intends to apply a portion of the budgetary allocation to fund eligible payments under the contract for the services of external auditor to obtain a professional opinion on the financial position of the project

Scope:
The audit will be carried out in accordance with the International Standards on Auditing (ISA), and will include such tests and controls as the auditor considers necessary under the circumstances.

Qualification Required & Experience

The applicant must:

•   Be included on an accredited list of auditors of a recognised donor with operations in the country.
•   Be an independent firm, free from conflicts of interest with ADRA Ghana;
•   Be professionally competent and have experience in planning and conducting audits of this nature;
•   Be eligible to practice as an external auditor and express audit opinions pursuant to the laws, rules and other requirements in Ghana.
