A Multinational company engaged in the provision of trade solutions and advisory services to both the public and private sectors has vacancies for dynamic individuals to join its winning team as:

Facilities And General Services Officer

The successful candidate will be responsible for all project facilities both internally and externally, pre and post acquisition, monitoring of project fleet of vehicles, measuring and developing price bills of quantities for construction and renovation works and associated general / support services.

Specific Duties:-

1.  Estimate cost of construction and or refurbishment for all proposed sites
2.  Develop price of quantities for proposed sites
3.  Monitor and review activities of project contractors
4.  Enforce terms and conditions under construction or refurbishment contracts or agreements.
5.  Enforce terms and conditions under SLA agreements with projects contractors.
6.  Post construction and or refurbishment activities such as cleaning, painting, repairs etc..
7.  Inventory control control and stock management of project equipment and or material
8.  Transportation and fleet management
9.  Supervise and review activities on project generator fueling contractors.
10. Responsible for all project general / support services
11. Any other tasks as may be assigned

Required Experience / Competencies:-

. Bsc. Building Technology / Land Economy
. Proficient Ms Project
. Proficient MS Excel
. Estimation and Quantity Surveying
. Report writing
. Must be able to handle multi tasks without showing physical stress.
. Excellent Team Player
. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality in operations.
