Job Summary

• Manage the daily interaction with company’s Maintenance to ensure required works are completed efficiently and to the desired standard
• Ensure supervision and appraisal of works.
• Facilities Management interaction, including efficient and accurate invoicing and accounts notifications
• Effectively manage and hone the skills of the Facilities Management team to ensure faultless customer service.
• Take responsibility for accurate and timely accounting procedures.

Qualification Required & Experience

• Degree Qualified
• 10 years facilities experience in Property Management .
