A reputable valuation firm seeks to employ:- Facilities Manager / Valuer

Core Functions

•   Providing comprehensive support in managing facilities, see to the day to day management of activities in a mall or office.
•   He will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer of the company

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Bachelor of science degree in Land Economy
•   Member of a professional body - GhIS
•   Minimum of 4 years working experience
•   Must be competent in Microsoft Office
•   Must have outstanding communication skills (both verbal and written)
•   Must be loyal and exhibit high level of confidentiality
•   Applicant must have organisational or supervisory skills, interpersonal skills, good verbal and written communication skills, numberical skills, knowledge in safety regulation and finally should be a team player
