The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the right quantity and quality of feed, water is given to the birds, whiles ensuring that they live in the right environment with proper ventilation by supervising farm hands on daily basis.

•  He will also ensure that the right quantity of feed is maintained in the warehouse to prevent any shortage that may prevail in the industry.
•  He will be responsible for ensuring proper security protocols in the premises of the business and keep inventory of all feed ingredients and report to the CEO or his deputy on agreed periods.

Qualification Required & Experience

The preferred candidate:

•  Must be able to supervise and maintain farm protocols with minimal supervision.
•  Must be creative and have strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
•  Must be a strong team player and motivator.
•  At least 3 years experience in similar position or must have reasonable knowledge in poultry management.
•  Should have the willingness and ability to learn new things and implement.
•  Must be a great at planning and anticipating future developments.
