As the Fertiliser and Soil Expert you will provide technical and scientific support to the product development team that is responsible for developing a portfolio of (bio) fertilisers from municipal and faecal waste for the local market in the Greater Accra Region

Responsibilities

•  Design of framework and methodology for the technical development process of future fertilizer products based on targeted crops, soil needs and farmer demand;
•  Technical supervision and support of the product development process done by the development team;
•  Report to the Manager during product development processes and upon product finalization;

Qualification Required & Experience

•  Agricultural education with a specific reference to (bio) fertilizers, plant nutrient sciences and soil management; a minimum of Msc/Mphil is required
•  The candidate is required to have proven work experience with a minimum of 5 years.
