Qualifications And Requirements

. DBS (Accounting / Marketing Option) or any recognised related qualification.
. Certificate or Diploma from Government Community and Social Welfare Institution or Diploma in Community Development Studies
. GCE 'O' Level or GCE 'A' Level or equivalent with 4 years relevant job experience
. Ability to ride a motorbike
. Excellent organizational skills
. Knowledge of group dynamics
. Must be honest
. Ability to write reports
. Working experience in a microfinance environment preferably with an NGO or Rural Bank will be an added advantage
. Ability to speak fluently, the Akan Language.
