Duties

•  Providing direct instructions and supervision to junior field engineers on day-to-day well site work and activities
•  Providing advice and direction to external customers and third party well site colleagues, as appropriate
•  Providing resolutions to a diverse scope and range of complex problems at the well site, where analysis of data is required
•  Evaluating work on completions (where appropriate) to ensure that objectives have been met
•  Completing additional advance technical training and assigned well site development programmes
•  Conducting all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE Policies, legal compliance requirement and Baker Hughes Core Values.

Qualification Required & Experience

•  Broad knowledge of directional drilling tools and services
•  A Technical degree
•  At least 3 years directional drilling experience
•  Experience in the oil and gas industry
•  Demonstrate proficiency in the delivery of directional systems services at the well site
