Job Vacancy For Field Supervisor (3 Positions Available) At CARE International (Kumasi and Tamale)



CARE International in Ghana is inviting applications from qualified persons to fill the positions of 3 Field Supervisors for a new Project; “Driving Financial Inclusion through mobile Money”.The project will facilitate the formation of community managed savings and loans groups, link mature groups to formal financial services and also develop a scalable model for scaling up linkages.

Job Summary:
The Field Supervisors will work directly with the Local NGO partners, supervise and monitor field activities. She/He will also be responsible for data collection, VSLA assessment and training of partner NGOs on financial literacy and linkages.

Key Responsibilities:

•   Monitoring and Supervision of Field Officers
•   Training of local Partner staff
•   Assist in the preparation of annual plans
•   Management Information Systems and Field Officer Performance analysis.
•   Management/Supervision of MIS information flows to Field Officers
•   Preparation of Progress report

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Degree in social sciences, community development or related field.
•   At least 2 years experience in community development initiatives especially in the microfinance sector.
•   Strong experience in VSLA and  Management of Income generating Activity
•   Experienced trainer/facilitator
•   Experience in data analysis
•   Good organisational skills
•   Analytical and presentation skills
•   Adherence to CARE’s core values (Respect, Integrity, Commitment & Excellence) and competencies
