Qualification Required & Experience

Minimum Qualification: BSc in Crop Science or Agric Extension.

Key Skills

•  3 years or more continuous working experience in cocoa agronomy and well versed in field extension activities.
•  Knowledge about certification
•  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in dealing with farmers and own team of field extension staff.
•  Excellent management skills.
•  Good leadership, planning and organisation skills
•  Team player who understands how to do information dissemination.
•  Able to give and receive / process feedback
•  Tact, diplomacy and discretion in dealing with farmers on sensitive issues
•  Ability to drive light duty vehicle and with a valid driving license
