Description Of Job

We are looking for fresh talent to join our dynamic team, as Finance Manager .

Your role:

•  Supervise all accounting functions and staff of the Group
•  Prepare Group management accounts
•  Liaise with external auditors and co-ordinate audit of Group Financial statements
•  Prepare Group budget and development of budgetary controls
•  Ensure that all tax issues of the Group are dealt with expeditiously
•  Assist Treasury Department to undertake effective CBA
•  Keep proper asset register for all company member properties
•  Ensure that returns are submitted to regulatory agencies on time
•  Periodic evaluation of the holding company's investments in associated companies
•  Interpret financial statements to assist management in making effective decisions, and
•  Any other tasks that may be assigned by the Group General Manager for Finance and Administration

Qualification Required & Experience

Your Qualification:

•  Bachelors degree from a recognized University in accounting, finance or economics
•  Masters degree from a recognized university in accounting, finance or economics will be an added advantage
•  Must have chartered with any of the professional accounting organizations, preferably ACCA, ICA, CPA, or CIMA
•  At least ten years work experience, five of which should have been at management level
