The Chief Financial Officer shall be responsible for overall financial and strategic planning and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements as relating to the organization and regulatory bodies. The role reports to the Managing Director.

To lead the financial strategy for the business, providing strategic input and direction for the company on market issues and the associated financial impacts

•  Provide commercial and contractual direction and focus for the implementation of initiatives within the company
•  Report and forecast in an accurate and timely manner on how the business is performing against financial performance indicators to the Board
•  Guide the business towards achievement of financial and strategic goals
•  Safeguard company assets through development and implementation of controls and appropriate policies and procedures
•  Provide external interface in local market, supporting CEO on external financial issues and reporting
•  Statutory compliance with all relevant legislation
•  Manage Risk Management and Supply Chain Management in addition to traditional finance functional areas
